I will collect all of the necessary information—aesthetic preferences, estimated guest count, preferred date or season, and investment to name a few.
We’ll schedule a date and I will get to work contacting venues, compiling information, and organizing what is going to be a fun and productive tour!
Our single-day tour is an excellent way to get personalized help from a local wedding planner to discover your ideal wedding venue.
These tours will cover one specific area—either in California or a location worldwide and include venues that meet all of your criteria.
We will finish our tour with a thorough pro/con evaluation, some design ideas for each venue, and, most definitely, a glass of wine.

Our multi-day venue tours include several locations, such as Santa Barbara county and San Luis Obispo or even Venice and Verona, just to name some examples.
Like the 1-day tour, I do all of the leg work in discovering availability, pricing, and other logistics.
This tour includes a wider reach of venues and overnight stays in a local boutique hotel.
At the conclusion, we will have a thorough review session complete with design ideas and, of course, drinks.

I look at your criteria (pricing, guest count, wedding date, aesthetics, etc) and then start researching venues in your area. I’ll reach out to each individual venue to gather the necessary information and start creating a plan. When planning a tour outside of Southern California, I may reach out to one of my many local contacts if I need to get insider information.
