While I am local to the Santa Barbara area, I am familiar with the whole of California and many areas worldwide and can plan a tour for you anywhere. In fact, I love nothing more than introducing people to hidden little gems that they have never heard of…
I will collect all of the necessary information—aesthetic preferences, estimated guest count, preferred date or season, and investment to name a few.
We’ll schedule a date and I will get to work contacting venues, compiling information, and organizing what is going to be a fun and productive tour!

Our single-day tour is an excellent way to get personalized help from a local wedding planner to discover your ideal wedding venue.
These tours will cover one specific area—either in California or a location worldwide and include venues that meet all of your criteria.
We will finish our tour with a thorough pro/con evaluation, some design ideas for each venue, and, most definitely, a glass of wine.

Multi-Day Tours
Our multi-day venue tours include several locations, such as Santa Barbara county and San Luis Obispo or even destinations like Mérida and San Miguel de Allende, just to name some examples.
Like the 1-day tour, I do all of the leg work in discovering availability, pricing, and other logistics.
This tour includes a wider reach of venues and overnight stays in a local boutique hotel.
At the conclusion, we will have a thorough review session complete with design ideas and, of course, drinks.

Where do you offer tours?
I offer tours anywhere that has wedding venues! From Santa Barbara and California’s wine country to anywhere in the world, I firmly believe that the world is your playground. Let’s get out and explore.
How do you decide on the venues to show us?
I look at your criteria (pricing, guest count, wedding date, aesthetics, etc) and then start researching venues in your area. I’ll reach out to each individual venue to gather the necessary information and start creating a plan. When planning a tour outside of Southern California, I may reach out to one of my many local contacts if I need to get insider information.
Can I request a venue to see?
Yes! If it falls within your criteria and is available for a tour, I’d love to show it to you.
What if you aren’t familiar with my wedding destination?
One of my practices is to be constantly networking and traveling in order to learn about different regions—exploring their cultures, venues, gastronomy and available experiences. I am constantly connecting with new people to allow for further resources for my couples.
So, in short, it's no problem.
